As an Industrial Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines, automated and manned paint booths, robots, extruder systems, diecasting assembly machines, and associated support equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and document water and air quality tests, using precision test and measuring equipment.
- Handle and store chemicals and industrial lubricants.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Operate and maintain various machinery, including injection molding machines, paint booths, and robots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 6-12 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
The work environment is dynamic, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and varying temperatures. The noise level is moderate, and the work environment is fast-paced.
