Position Overview
As an Electrical Controls Engineer at Path Engineering, you will leverage your engineering expertise to enhance manufacturing operations and product quality. Your role will involve identifying the essential machinery, tools, and workflows necessary for efficient production and assembly processes. Additionally, you will address technical challenges, offer guidance on electrical and control systems, and oversee projects related to the specification and acquisition of new equipment and technologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing or product engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley systems, PLCs, HMIs, RSLogix software, servo mechanisms, and Robot interfaces (experience with Motoman is preferred).
  • Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting, CAD software, industrial robot programming, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of vision systems, with a preference for Cognex and Keyence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
