As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment of our products to customers across North America.

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to accomplish the shipment of all finished goods and the receipt of all purchased materials. This includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders.
  • Printing and processing picking tickets for orders to be pulled for customers.
  • Inputting completed customer orders and generating packing lists and pallet lists with BOLs to be attached to orders.
  • Coordinating with freight carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
  • Providing directions to truck drivers and ensuring that all shipments are accurately loaded and secured.
  • Auditing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assisting with cycle counts and quarterly inventory to ensure that our inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and make decisions independently.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

The Shipping Coordinator will work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
