Job Summary

Campbell Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in marketing and leasing available properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and high resident satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and lease available properties to prospective residents.
  • Establish rapport with potential tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough property tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each property.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding rental rates, lease terms, and company policies.
  • Explain leasing agreements, ensuring tenants understand all terms and obligations.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist applicants with completing rental applications and screening potential tenants.
  • Coordinate lease signings and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including resident files and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates and resident retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, professional, and outgoing.
  • Yardi Property Management Software knowledge preferred but not required.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable form of transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
