Job Overview

Collective is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for finding the perfect home for our guests and creating a welcoming community atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a genuine desire to make people feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Collective brand loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Marketing and sales to include personalized tours and new leases
  • Ensuring the property's interior and exterior areas have a clean and high-quality appearance
  • Coaching and mentoring team members

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of property management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software
  • Driver's license and ability to pass a background check
