Job Title: Healthcare Quality Programs Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Quality Programs Manager to join our team at Honest Medical Group. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality workplans to ensure optimal performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider & Systems/Health Outcome Surveys (CAHPS/HOS) performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality programs, including ACO REACH and STARS, and experience with Medicare Advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement partner-specific quality workplans to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement initiatives to address care gaps, improve patient outcomes, and drive quality performance for each contract.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal CAHPS/HOS performance.
- Attend partner meetings with quality performance updates, inform on initiatives, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the quality team meets deliverables for our partners, communicate risk/known barriers to leadership, and provide guidance to improve measure performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); intervene as needed and escalate issues where performance falls outside of expected levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or similar field required.
- 3+ years of experience with quality programs such as ACO REACH and STARS required.
- Medicare Advantage experience required.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide projects that align with the overall Stars workplan.
- Comfortable and experienced with Excel, Word, PPT, Adobe PDFs, experience with downloading reports and documentation from portals and SFTP sites.
- Data analytics experience preferred.
- Some travel required, up to 20%.
