Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at assigned sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols, leading a team of security personnel, and conducting regular site inspections to identify potential security risks.

Responsibilities:

Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.Monitor security equipment and ensure it functions properly.Investigate and report security incidents.Prepare detailed incident reports.Maintain effective communication with security personnel and management.Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Create schedules based on seniority and performance.Leverage PREEMINENT's software systems: Deputy, BambooHR, Connect Teams, Outlook, and MS Teams efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A valid SPO license is required.
  • Proven experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of security operations and risk management.
  • Ability to manage emergency incidents effectively.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management are beneficial.
  • Flexible availability.
  • A reliable personal vehicle is necessary.
