Job Summary

The Integration Specialist will travel to existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), back office, and warehouse/VAS processes in the GQ platform and Galls operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to Galls locations to integrate retail, back office, and warehouse/VAS processes
  • Work with teams to implement process changes and ensure ongoing utilization
  • Prepare status reports on integration milestones and delays
  • Support the Galls training department as needed
Requirements
  • Prior Galls retail or operations experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills
  • Knowledge of Galls departments, processes, and contacts
  • Project planning tools and process understanding helpful
  • Prior experience with extensive business travel and recordkeeping helpful
  • Bilingual a plus
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in Galls retail or operations preferred
