As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with our product team, software engineering teams, and EPMO group to ensure clear and effective communication. You will also help engineering teams provide consistent story points, timelines, and delivery schedules that can be shared with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and clear communication
* Help engineering teams plan and prioritize projects to meet business objectives
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
* Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement project plans
* Analyze data to inform project decisions and optimize project delivery

Requirements:

* BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or relevant experience
* 1-3 years of project management experience in software development
* Experience driving multi-functional efforts across technical fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong technical foundation and knowledge of software engineering methodologies
* Atlassian/PM software experience
