About the Role

Otis is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to oversee the repair sales strategy, including integration of sales growth and market share objectives for assigned branches. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience and strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with sub-region leadership, including branch managers and functional leaders.
  • Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives and nurture relationships with existing key customers.
  • Coach and train sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans.
  • Work collaboratively with senior regional leadership to identify and execute strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
