Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
  • Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
  • Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
  • Monitor and notify according to procedures.
  • Monitor screens and site data for issues.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • System Administrator – SHIFT (SA-S) Level 2.
  • Night position, 12-hour shifts, 5 pm - 5 am.
  • Microsoft Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent.
