• Honest, driven, and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and a Motor Vehicle Record check

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (required)

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
