As a Client Relations Coordinator, your primary role is to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. From the initial engagement with Flexjet, you become the dedicated aviation expert for the client. By fostering relationships and developing profiles, you create an environment that anticipates their travel needs with precision. A genuine passion for assisting others is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service during every interaction with clients
  • Exhibit effective listening skills during phone communications
  • Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations tailored to individual preferences
  • Comprehend contract terminology
  • Proactively inform clients of any changes, delays, or potential service issues
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding scheduled trips and their status
  • Conduct daily quality checks on all trip details
  • Collaborate closely with operations and internal departments to resolve conflicts and advocate for clients when necessary
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to a dynamic industry
  • Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a service or hospitality field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service within a high-end service sector
  • Experience in aviation is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a flexible schedule
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet's offerings and interpret contract information relevant to clients
  • Ability to remain calm and manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform effectively in this role
