Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Sephora. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for allocating new and animated items and replenishing core inventory from DC to stores to maintain the right levels of store inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine ideal store level quantities for new product launches and animated items to meet in-store launch dates.
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning/Merchandising team to proactively identify potential upstream gaps to prevent downstream inventory issues.
  • Perform ad hoc store and brand level in-stock and sales analysis to increase in-stocks.
  • Action and respond to inventory callouts directly from our stores.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of inventory retail or allocation experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; flexible team player.
