Job Title: Vice President, Employee Experience

Metropolis is seeking a seasoned leader to shape and enhance the employee experience lifecycle. As Vice President, Employee Experience, you will oversee Talent Management, Learning & Development, Onboarding Programs, Employee Experience Programs, and Workplace Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management and Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to support employee growth and development.
    • Lead performance management and calibration programs to align with business goals.
    • Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
  • Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Create a strategic L&D framework to foster continuous learning and skill development.
    • Ensure L&D initiatives align with talent management and development efforts.
    • Measure L&D program effectiveness and refine strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Onboarding Programs:
    • Design comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR to create personalized onboarding experiences.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
  • Employee Experience Programs:
    • Design and lead employee experience programs to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
    • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate employee experience programs with broader talent management and development strategies.
    • Utilize employee feedback and data analytics to continuously improve employee experience initiatives.
  • Real Estate and Workplace Experience:
    • Oversee the management of Metropolis' real estate portfolio to support employee well-being and productivity.
    • Lead efforts to create work environments that reflect the company's culture and values.
    • Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Internal Communications to ensure a seamless workplace experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on employee experience, talent management, HR, or a related area.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management, performance management, onboarding, L&D, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of real estate management and workplace design.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
