Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive Data Measurement & Analytics strategic plan to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Advocate for the needs of our Consumer, Government, and Entertainment Sector clients and its sellers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Challenge the industry to advance the evolution of measurement anchored on true business value.
  • Coach team leaders on best practices in advanced methodologies to provide exceptional measurement to customers.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to increase adoption of measurement methodologies.
  • Ensure that contributions from the Data, Measurement and Analytics team are solving customers' critical business challenges.
  • Ensure consistent hiring, training, and calibration of data, measurement, and analytic specialists, including fostering DEI efforts.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience leading data, measurement, and analytics teams focused on marketing and advertising domains.
  • 6+ years of experience with people leadership/management in a scaled capacity.
  • Experience with core advertising measurement methodologies (e.g., Mix Media Modeling, Incrementality, and Attribution).
  • Preferred qualifications include experience leading an organization from vision to strategy to execution in the measurement/ads ecosystem, and experience working through complex matrixed environments to advance customer needs across product and sales.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000-$359,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
