Salary: $18 per hour (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our construction supervisors and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Assist with tasks such as printing, emailing, and calling as needed.
- Perform data entry into Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and a team leader.
