Role Overview
The Office Manager is a critical member of our clinical team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely completion of administrative tasks. Salary Range
We offer a salary range of $42-45K per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documents
* Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and logistics for clinical services
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and staff
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in EHRs and Microsoft Office
