Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a critical member of our program, you will work closely with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity align with government and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project, ensuring timely and accurate support of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
* Collaborate with program leadership, Control Account Managers, and Product Owners to identify project slack and dependencies
* Establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria
* Apply data analytics skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools
* Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) project management guidelines
* Communicate effectively with all levels of management
Requirements
* Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience
* 4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably with a software or system engineering background
* Experience working with program leadership, Control Account Managers, and Product Owners to identify project slack and dependencies
* Experience establishing and monitoring the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria
* Experience applying data analytics skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools
* Experience with DCMA project management guidelines
* Must have experience in communicating with all levels of management
* This position requires a minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customer's request

$112,000 - $179,000
