Job Description

At Honda Aircraft Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Support Admin to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer visits, ensuring seamless delivery experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customer-facing organizations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of aircraft.
  • Manage customer needs, including accommodations, transportation, and catering.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, lounge areas, and individual offices for customers.
  • Conduct post-visit customer satisfaction surveys and track results.
  • Support other operations teams as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in General Business or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality roles strongly desired.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple demands.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to management directions and safety instructions.
