Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and amenities, as well as local attractions and events.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying registration information and handling any discrepancies.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
