Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and amenities, as well as local attractions and events.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying registration information and handling any discrepancies.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
