Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain an effective infection control program that adheres to regulatory standards.
  2. Identify and investigate potential sources of infections.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to prevent the spread of infections.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a culture of safety.
Qualifications
  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
  • Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • • Current CT Registered Nurse License certification required.
  • • Minimum 3 years Registered Nurse or Medical Technologist experience required.
  • • Prior experience in Epidemiology and/or Infection Control preferred.
  • • Broad knowledge base in Epidemiology, statistics, and microbiology preferred.
