Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Pre-Registration: Coordinate with patients to schedule appointments and pre-register them for outpatient therapy services.
- Patient Registration: Accurately complete the registration process, ensuring all necessary demographic, financial, and clinical information is collected.
- Liaison Services: Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and external parties, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in patient access or registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $43,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
