Client Service Specialist

At The Columbia Safety & Supply Family of Companies, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to client questions and concerns
  • Be a product expert and analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to client issues
  • Support clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and overall client experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Desire to continuously improve and adapt to changing client needs
