We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team across various locations in the Western New York region.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide general nursing care to patients under the supervision of healthcare providers. Specific duties include:
- Preparing patients for examinations by conducting preliminary physical assessments such as blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, and pulse, as well as interviewing patients regarding their visit.
- Conducting chart preparation in accordance with the Quality Checklist.
- Performing point-of-care testing, dressing changes, collecting lab specimens, and administering immunizations, medications, and injections as needed.
- Completing prior authorizations for diagnostic tests and medications using insurance formularies.
- Following service line initiatives to prevent unnecessary hospital readmissions by ensuring proper follow-up.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and regulations.
- Managing clinical supply inventory and ensuring exam rooms are stocked and clean.
- Handling communication effectively, scheduling appointments, and documenting patient interactions in the EMR system promptly.
- Assisting with examinations and in-office treatments by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- An applicable state license from an accredited institution
- Preferred experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computer programs
