YPrime's Project Delivery team is in search of an IRT Project Coordinator to deliver outstanding client service while overseeing the effective execution of tailored IRT software development initiatives. In this capacity, you will guide a multidisciplinary team from project initiation and requirements analysis through to ongoing support, acting as the primary liaison for our clients.

Are you aligned with our mission? If so, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in IRT
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management
  • Familiarity with software systems that support clinical trials
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
  • A solid understanding of the principles of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:

  • Project or Product Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL for database querying
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies in software development
  • Background in the biotech/pharmaceutical or Contract Research Organization (CRO) sectors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all system build requirements are identified, documented, and communicated effectively across the project team
  • Implement consistent practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Oversee the technical design of basic studies based on protocols and client specifications
  • Review and assist in the configuration of basic systems, ensuring that custom code is not inadvertently created
  • Ensure all functional requirements are captured in the Systems Requirements Document and other relevant documentation
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams
  • Lead the team in ad-hoc testing of requirements within the development environment
  • Ensure the delivery of a validated study through the appropriate environments
  • Support system validation by efficiently triaging defects
  • Demonstrate software prototypes to clients
  • Establish and monitor project milestones related to technical delivery, managing unforeseen delays and adjusting schedules as necessary
