Senior Facilities Manager – Crabtree Valley Mall

Pacific Retail Capital Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operational functions of Crabtree Valley Mall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, well-maintained, safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our customers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets, prioritizing critical needs and budget alignment.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and appropriately documented to sustain a safe environment.
  • Maintain property safety systems, ensuring they are up to code, regularly inspected, and compliant with all safety regulations.
  • Manage property operating expenses, oversee third-party contractors, and ensure all services and capital projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety and operational protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in Operations, Facilities, or Property Management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and operational functions, including the ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics.
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting commitments and producing accurate work.
  • Basic to moderate computer skills (email, Excel, Word, online systems) and a valid Driver's License.
