You will become an integral member of our North American Finance Business Partner team, a diverse and driven group eager to propel the significant growth and transformation of our business, create value for our customers, and deliver sustainable returns to our shareholders.

You will serve as a crucial financial partner to the Operations leadership team, aiding in the transformation of the customer portfolio and enabling the company to provide top-tier products that address genuine customer needs. Your role will be pivotal in steering our business towards success. You will support the decision-making process by delivering financial insights, conducting in-depth analyses, managing performance, and engaging in financial planning. You will lead the financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, and essential strategic analyses. This position offers a chance to influence the execution of North America's Warehouse and Distribution strategy, focusing on enhancing financial processes, offering business insights through metrics and analytics, and developing financial models to drive growth in both revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the P&L, Financial Outlook, Risks & Opportunities, providing insightful analytics and both Short and Long-Term modeling for CL/E-Fulfillment locations.
  • Develop and manage Weekly Forecasts for assigned sites by collaborating closely with Operations, Accounting, and Billing Specialist Teams, while independently utilizing Accounting systems to monitor and track Revenue/Expenses as they occur.
  • Effectively articulate detailed assumptions and bridge variances from Budget to Forecast, and from Forecast to Actual.
  • Actively engage in New Business pricing (RFPs) and provide necessary financial insights to be included in the pricing model, such as relevant market cost data, labor rates, and productivity metrics, along with accounting treatment on Revenue/Costs, proposing appropriate rate structures to mitigate company risk.
  • Prepare Investment Proposals for new investments (CapEx, Lease Commitments), analyzing ROI, FCF, NPV, and Payback Period for new customer contracts to be presented to Senior Management for approval.
  • Drive the annual Budget process using a bottom-up approach, collaborating with Operations and Commercial teams to establish a robust set of assumptions based on historical and anticipated future trends, ensuring commitments are met and delivered punctually.
  • Work directly with Operations to create and implement tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, hourly tracking, volume, productivity, and key contractual parameters.
  • Identify trends and developments within Operations and various profit/cost centers, presenting findings and recommended improvements to senior management.
  • Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports, plans, and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
  • Provide management with recommendations regarding cost-saving or profit-generating opportunities and strategies for profitability improvement, including ROI assessments.
  • Coordinate with all management levels to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activities, new business planning, future requirements, government regulations, and operating forecasts.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to ensure company goals are understood and pursued.
  • Challenge business case assumptions and ensure that a benefit realization check is established for all major business cases.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Financial Analysis/FP&A.
  • Experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehouse, Transportation, or Manufacturing is highly desired; open to any relevant industry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Accounting software such as Netsuite, SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Access, and MS Word is essential.

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $100,000*

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary for the position. The Company may adjust this range based on prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with selected candidates on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
