Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a large client portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large client portfolio, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
  • Lead and manage crew members, including performance management, addressing complaints, and planning workloads
  • Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
  • Network and earn referrals to drive business growth
  • Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in targeted market segments and geographic locations
  • Assist the branch team in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth, and profitability
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to write and present proposals and bids
  • Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services
  • Sound time management and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $105,000 Annual Base (specific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience, and location)
