As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide high-quality clinical services to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to patients in their homes
* Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care
* Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor
* Ensure confidentiality of patient health information

Requirements:

* Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
* Current CPR certification
* Previous home care experience preferred
