Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the JobThis is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As an LPN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, specializing in pediatrics.
Responsibilities- Provide and document skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Participate in and update the nursing care plan.
- Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
