Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
