Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric LPN to join our team at SunCrest Companion Services of Smithville. As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly and accurately, utilizing our electronic medical record system.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
