About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Northern Virginia Investments. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and profit margins
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
