Position Overview:

In the role of Branch Sales Associate (part-time, approximately 25 hours per week during first shift weekdays), you will engage with walk-in customers, providing solutions through your expertise, friendly demeanor, and proactive approach. Your focus will be on maximizing sales potential, fostering customer loyalty, and surpassing customer expectations. Throughout your shift, you will alternate between assisting customers and performing various warehouse responsibilities, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete customer journey, ensuring proper product selection, accurate order processing, safe product handling, and loading of customer vehicles.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales and promote customer loyalty.
  • Adjust communication methods to suit various audiences, whether in person, via phone, or through email.
  • Prepare and organize will-call orders and shipping products.
  • Manage customer backorders and assist with stock organization.
  • Support merchandising efforts and maintain showroom inventory.
  • Conduct inventory assessments.
  • Become proficient in navigating various computer systems for customer and warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization to meet company standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all operational standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Availability to work flexible hours within branch operational times.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
