Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be expected to maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide customers with detailed insights into product features and advantages.

Sales Associates are tasked with achieving their daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and adhering to merchandising strategies. Stay informed about our brand and product offerings, company updates, sales initiatives, and events, becoming a valuable resource for our customers.

Keep It Real:
This is a part-time role.

You will receive an hourly base wage, along with the opportunity to earn commission through a tiered system based on sales performance. Additional incentives, such as SPIFFS, and generous employee discounts on all products are also available. To assist with financial flexibility, Comoto offers a voluntary benefit called DailyPay, allowing secure, instant access to earned wages before payday. This benefit is available to all team members from the start of employment.

We place a high value on training and development; therefore, your first five shifts will focus solely on learning, with base pay only.

Qualifications:
Our ideal Sales Associate possesses:

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • A proactive mindset that consistently delivers a personalized retail experience
  • A willingness to learn and engage with the riding community
  • Experience with computers and POS systems (preferably RetailPro)
  • A passion for or interest in motorcycle riding (preferred but not mandatory)
