Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to become a vital part of our team at a luxury residential community.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of Action Property Management, greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators are well-maintained and presentable.
- Monitor lobby activities and manage access control effectively.
- Provide concierge services to enhance the resident experience.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports to track interactions and activities.
- Receive and distribute packages for residents.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from residents and guests with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the association's governing documents.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining is preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong judgment and proactive problem-solving skills.
