  • Process all financial transactions accurately, adhering to established protocols, including posting charges and preparing financial reports.
  • Manage guest safe-deposit boxes with care and precision.
  • Communicate any guest requests or concerns to management for timely resolution.
  • Address guest complaints effectively, implementing service recovery strategies to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and hotel management software.
