About the Role:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial restoration sector.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • With a strong background in sales and business development, you will be able to leverage your expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and MICA software is a plus.
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration are strongly encouraged.
  • Commercial and residential restoration construction experience is required.
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation is essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel.
  • A book of business and the ability to generate $4,000,000 minimum annually are required.
