Job Title: Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at Aston Carter, you will provide critical support to our team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the manager, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Interact with clients via email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Support the healthcare customer team by monitoring and tracking UAT testing results using Excel.
  • Coordinate and manage output for one of the managers and all UAT testers by gathering output details from the production team and delivering final notes to the testers.
  • Assist in moving clients to a new updated digital platform and sending out data, scripts, and analytics from testing to the manager.
  • Partner with the production and client experience team to ensure no communication gaps with customers.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Support 2+ years
  • Data Entry Support 2+ years
  • Computer proficiency (Excel and Outlook)

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Carol Stream, Illinois. The work environment is business casual, with standard hours from 8am to 5pm. However, start times can be flexible, ranging from as early as 7am to as late as 9am, with an 8-hour workday.
