As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative functions associated with onboarding new and renewed loans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Compliance: Verify that all KYC documentation is thoroughly completed for new loan applications.
- Financial Management: Oversee the process of crediting loan application fees to the designated general ledger account, authorize payments, and conduct quarterly reconciliations.
- Customer Support: Assist Account Officers and clients in investigating any discrepancies in account activities.
- Account Management: Handle all administrative tasks related to the establishment of new deposit accounts, ensuring KYC compliance is met.
- Cash Management: Facilitate a seamless interface with the Cash Management system.
- Check Ordering: Support customer requests for check orders.
- Document Management: Manage the transfer of credit file and document data to the Imaging System.
- Loan Administration: Oversee the administration of all loan advances and repayments, including the maintenance of advance files for construction loans.
- Wire Transfers: Administer all manual wire transfer requests efficiently.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate with the Facilities department regarding equipment and supply needs, and coordinate with Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration departments.
