Commercial Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement project work schedules, identifying critical paths and expediting material delivery.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee work among all trades, promoting a coordinated project operation and resolving local area problems.
• Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are in place and current throughout the project term.

• At least 5+ years of building construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Completed OSHA 30 hour training course.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
