Survey Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Department Manager to lead and oversee our survey department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of survey professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership to the survey department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of surveying services into overall project timelines.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their surveying needs and providing responsive solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including AutoCAD, GIS, and Total Stations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality survey data.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to challenging field conditions.
