Assistant Department Manager

As an Assistant Department Manager at Reclectic, you will play a key role in creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in customer service, daily store objectives, and leading the team to achieve overall store goals. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with customers, informing them of current promotions, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience through understanding of product, pricing strategy, and utilization of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the store environment and customer experience by managing and adjusting the daily zone chart, driving sales, and maximizing productivity in all store areas.
Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance store experience.
Provide timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
Requirements:
Leadership experience
Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through
Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
