Job Title: Implementation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead an Implementation and Support team at Smart Data Solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership through actions and accountability
  • Provide supervision and direction to other Implementation & Support team staff
  • Oversee all SDS implementations
  • Client Communication
  • Refining project requirements
  • Process improvement consultation
  • Manage implementation meetings including recording and distribution of meeting notes
  • System usage consultation
  • Project Management and Leadership
  • Identify and assign implementation tasks
  • Assign, manage and prioritize implementation related tasks
  • Identify creative ways to leverage staff
  • Testing processes that include client signoff
  • Identify and specify new features in response to client requirements
  • Working through staff, manage technical production, aging, and support ticketing to acceptable performance levels
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Job Outcomes:
  • High customer satisfaction per customer surveys
  • Implementations completed within schedule
  • Clean implementations that include minimal ongoing support and problem resolution resources
  • Accounts are maintained in good health, with no acceptable transaction, file, or ticket aging metrics delivered
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience with SDS codebase and systems
  • 4 year degree in computer science or equivalent degree
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Business analysis
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
  • Ability to understand process workflows, analyze, and identify improvements
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for process documentation and communication
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written policies, procedures, and directions
  • Disciplined in prompt communication responsiveness
  • Communication and reporting style that emphasizes simplicity and elimination of noise in favor of substantive and actionable data
  • Action orientation and ability to consistently complete assigned tasks on time
