5. **Phone Support**: Answer phone inquiries and record messages accurately.
6. **Onboarding Support**: Create new employee personnel files and assist candidates with application processes.
7. **Accessibility Maintenance**: Ensure that application spaces are clean, well-maintained, and accessible to all individuals.
8. **Employee Relations**: Address inquiries and concerns from employees and management regarding HR policies and programs.
9. **Confidentiality**: Uphold the confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
10. **Accident Reporting**: Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications
- **Education**: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
