Retail Sales Director

As a Retail Sales Leader at Bonobos, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Our Retail Sales Leaders are responsible for coaching Guides during scheduled shifts, executing opening and closing Guideshop duties, and acting as leaders when the Guideshop Manager is not available.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity, with a proven track record of consistently achieving personal and overall store sales goals. You should also be knowledgeable about mens fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit. A flexible schedule and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring a team are essential requirements.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
