Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a floating shift supervisor for janitorial services. The essential duties of this role encompass:

  • Training and coaching staff
  • Quality control measures
  • Scheduling and workforce management
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols
  • Acting as the primary customer liaison for our accounts

Qualifications

  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

This position requires physical activity, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, extensive walking, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay rate is $18.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), short-term disability, and paid time off.

Work Schedule

This role involves a five-day workweek, with shifts scheduled between Sunday night and Saturday afternoon.
