Join Our Team as a Finance Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance graduate to join our team at Freudenberg Group. As a finance graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our business groups with financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and support to assigned business groups, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in financial systems, tools, and processes.
  • Learn and apply financial and ERP systems, as well as group internal control systems, to support improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and evaluate financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Support general finance activities, including account reconciliations, closings, financial underwriting, and what-if analysis.
  • Assist in providing sound financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor general ledger accounts and support forecast and budget activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and administer budgets as requested.
  • Support site Controllers with external and internal audits data requests.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts at manufacturing facilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural context.
  • Good knowledge of financial tools, such as Excel, SAP, or Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Good relational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving, and priority-setting oriented approach.
