We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance graduate to join our team at Freudenberg Group. As a finance graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our business groups with financial analysis and planning.
Responsibilities:- Provide financial analysis and support to assigned business groups, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in financial and ERP systems, as well as group internal control systems.
- Learn and apply financial and accounting principles to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Support general finance activities, including account reconciliations, monthly and quarterly closings, and financial underwriting.
- Assist in providing sound financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor general ledger accounts and support forecast and budget activities.
- Prepare financial reports and administer financial budgets as requested.
- Support site Controllers with external and internal audits data requests.
- Participate in physical inventory counts at manufacturing facilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural context.
- Good knowledge of financial tools, including Excel, SAP, or Hyperion Financial Management.
- Good relational and communication skills.
- Flexibility, problem-solving, and priority-setting oriented approach.
